About Us

WyoSTEP, Inc. is a Wyoming-based, 501 (c) 3, non-profit agency that provides services to children and adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. We have been accredited with commendations by CARF through March 2011.

WyoSTEP, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Shane A. Moore, the current CEO and president.

We provide services to Cheyenne & Laramie residents.

Mission Statement
The mission of WyoSTEP, Inc. is to provide support, training and educational programs (STEP) to people with disabilities for the purpose of helping to promote a healthier quality of life.

Vision Statement
The vision of WyoSTEP, Inc. is to be the agency of choice for serving people with disabilities by providing quality services through knowledgeable, caring staff whose purpose it is to help promote our mission of providing a healthier quality of life.

Community Involvement
